Terms of Service

Eecho LeadPilot (the “Service”) is operated by Habitat Eecho, 758 Ave Pierre Dansereau, Terrebonne, QC, Canada. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides AI-assisted lead research, email drafting, and commercial email sending. AI research results may contain errors; you must review every email before approving it.

2. Your obligations

You are solely responsible for the legal compliance of your outreach under the laws that apply where your recipients are located: CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the United States, and GDPR/ePrivacy in the European Union. Set your recipient region correctly in Settings. You must have a valid consent basis or lawful basis where required, honour unsubscribes promptly, and provide an accurate mailing address. Using the Service for spam, harassment, or misleading claims is prohibited and grounds for account termination.

3. Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Per-plan usage limits are described on the Pricing page. No prorated refunds.

4. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
