Privacy Policy

Eecho LeadPilot is operated by Habitat Eecho, 758 Ave Pierre Dansereau, Terrebonne, QC, Canada (“we”). This policy applies to customers in Canada, the United States, and the European Union; the regional sections below describe your rights based on where you live.

What we collect

Your account (email, hashed password, company, market, region), your prospecting data (leads, drafts, sent emails, logged replies), your outbound mailbox credentials (password encrypted with AES-256), and billing data (processed by Stripe; we never see your card).

How we use it

Only to provide the Service: AI research sends your targeting criteria to Anthropic (Claude); sending goes through your own mail server. We sell no data and never read your inbox.

Processors and transfers

Vercel (application), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments). Data may be processed in the United States; for EU residents these transfers rely on our processors' Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Canada — Law 25 (Québec) and PIPEDA

You may request access to, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal information. Privacy officer: Habitat Eecho, info@habitateecho.com. In the event of a confidentiality incident we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information where required.

United States — CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA. You have the right to know, correct, and delete the information we hold, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Requests: info@habitateecho.com.

European Union — GDPR

Legal bases: contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interest (security, improvement), and consent (where applicable). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of closure (except unsubscribe records, which we must keep by law).

Recipients of your emails

Prospect contact details come from public sources or your own research. Every sent email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately and permanently. EU recipients can additionally exercise their GDPR rights (access, erasure) by replying to the email they received or writing to info@habitateecho.com.
